Connecting Your Shopify Store to GoSadi
Connecting your Shopify store to GoSadi allows your store to sync with the platform. From there, you can manage, edit, release, and update patterns from GoSadi and publish them to your Shopify store and any other connected selling channel you use all at the same time.
Before You Begin
• Make sure you have a GoSadi Designer account and
• A Shopify store you can log in to
Find Your Shopify Domain
1. Log in to Shopify
2. Select your store in the upper-right corner
3. Click Settings from the left-hand, lower side panel
4. Click Domains in the left-panel
5. Copy the domain that includes hyphens
IMPORTANT: Use your Shopify domain, not your store's regular web address. The two look almost the same, but only the Shopify domain includes hyphens.
Request Your Shopify Connection
1. Navigate to the Request Shopify Connection screen in GoSadi
2. Paste your Shopify domain into the Shopify domain name box
3. Click Submit
4. Check that you see a message confirming GoSadi received your request
NOTE: GoSadi creates a Shopify app for your store, and you receive an email when it's ready. You can finish setup once that email arrives.
Install the GoSadi App in Shopify
1. Open the email from GoSadi that says your Shopify app is ready
2. Click the install link in the email (“select THIS link to get set up”)
3. Log in to Shopify if prompted
4. Click Install
NOTE: The link is specific to your account. When you install, Shopify sends your browser back to GoSadi to finish setup automatically.
