Step 1: Identify Housekeeping Tasks

  1. Click on "Manage Product" and select "Product Library" to access all your listings.

  2. Check the notification at the top of the screen to identify products that require Housekeeping.

Products needing Housekeeping attention can be identified by the Housekeeping icon that appears on the listing image.

You  may also use the Filter in the upper right corner to display only the products that need Housekeeping, making it easier to focus on necessary updates.

Step 2:  Performing Housekeeping on Your Designs

Once you've identified the listings that need attention, follow these steps to perform Housekeeping:

  1. Select the pattern you want to update. 

  2. Complete missing information making a special note of Required Fields, indicated by “(Required)” next to the field title. Required Fields are necessary for GoSadi to properly sync your patterns with your Selling Channels and optimize GoSadi SMARTS(™).

  3. Once you’ve completed all the fields on one screen, click "SAVE & CONTINUE" at the bottom to move to the next.

  4. Repeat this process for every screen.

Step 3: Finalizing Housekeeping and Publishing Your Listing

  1. On the Selling Channels screen , you will have the option to save your updates as a draft or sync them updates to Selling Channels (your customer facing sites).

A tab for each of your connected Selling Channels will appear at the top. Be sure to click each tab and select whether you want to save your changes as a draft or sync them to your public facing site.

Step 4: Completion of Housekeeping

Upon completing Housekeeping for a listing, the bell icon Housekeeping Alert disappears. This means that your pattern is now up-to-date across all Selling Channels.
