KNOWN ISSUE 6.10.2026 - DESIGNERS: ETSY PUBLISH FAIL

A new issue has been discovered:

Some Designers are experiencing a “fail” error when they try to publish a patter from GoSadi to Etsy.  This happens when a Designer does not have a Return Policy enabled in Etsy.  Whether the store is old or new, Etsy requires there to be a Return Policy established for their connection to GoSadi to work seamlessly.

  • GoSadi Designers who have Etsy shops

Confirm You Have a Return Policy In Your Etsy Store

  1. Navigate to your Esty store’s Shop Manager

  2. Click on Settings

  3. Click on Policy Settings

  4. Confirm you have a Return Policy

Add a Return Policy to Your Esty Store

  1. Navigate to your Esty store’s Shop Manager

  2. Click on Settings

  3. Click on Policy Settings

  4. Add a Return Policy using Etsy’s navigation and prompts
